    The client must respond to messages, requests, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may affect performance and results.

    4. Termination

    Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' notice. The Client will be responsible for fees up to the termination date.

    5. Acceptance

    By signing below, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
